If your organization is recruiting board members, sign up for access to the LeaderLink database to connect with these leaders who are specifically interested in the commitment of serving on a board of directors. Here’s how it works:
- Create an account and agree to a Memorandum of Understanding with Valley Leadership; upload your agency’s information and board service requirements to the LeaderLink database.
- Receive notification when trained leaders join the database whose skills and interests may be a match for your organization.
- Connect with the trained leaders and vet them through your agency’s standard board of directors application process; welcome a new director to your board!
